The foals cames with, they are chained... I didn't understand what's for.
There's NOTHING write under bellies.
If you know the brand or anything about this toy, it would help me a lot. Thanks you.

Hi! Are those ceramic, or plastic? I don't know if this is helpful, but they look just like a set of ceramic giraffes that my great-grandparents had when I was a child. Which would mean that they're antiques/ really old. The two baby giraffes were chained to the neck of the mother giraffe.
-
It could be a start, but they're pure cheap plastic.
BUT maybe it's some knock off for this type of antique toys? Who know
THANKS for the help anyway.

I have a horse on the same mold as the adult (except mine is bay). I got mine new about a decade ago at a funky general store in my aunt's town. They also had sets that included foals, but if I recall correctly the one's I saw had the foals chained to the mare rather than to each other. I don't recall what the packaging said, unfortunately.

A friend of mine just said to me that she had some and the mare and foals where all chained togheter (so yes, mine just do have lost a chain).
But no one seems to know what is it and still I don't understand the chain

They are mid 70s I think, possibly earlier. As you know they would have been chained together. They are ornaments. You commonly get deer and cats in the same sort of pose, a mother and two offspring, all chained togther. I used to have some orange lucite deer :)

How cool!
So they are probably knock off of the ceramic one. Or a kind of more recent republication in plastic.
Thanks a lot to all of you, I'm still digging but I have now idea of what I'm searched. Never imagined it could be ornament instead of toys
-
It's crazy you brought these up! I've done some searching myself and never have found what they're actually called.
Back in the 90's I would go with my grandma to these little discount stores in the city and these little horse sets would be hanging on a rack in a clear plastic bag with a cardboard piece at the top. I don't remember how much they cost as I was pretty young at the time.
I would get a couple sets every time we went bc the plastic was so fragile that they always ended up with some part broken. I no longer have a set of these but they were one of my favorite toys. I always thought they were unique how the babies were chained to the mother.

I too was wondering as I remember a poodle "family like this at my grandparents home.

*squeals* We used to have those deer on our Christmas tree and I always wondered about them...

Thanks for all your replies.
01mlplover > you confirm one things: they came from cheap stores, so they aren't specialy branded right? Sad to hear you broke your ones, but I'm sure you can found some new with a little of searching

Not that I know of but I was so young at the time I never paid attention to the brand of things. I think they're just like the cheap toys you can get from gas stations and dollar stores.
-
Yeah thanks. I still didn't have found what it is, but I know more about

My mom used to have a ceramic set of spaniel dogs like that. The mom was chained to her two pups.
-
I had one of those sets as a kid, they are cute but not soo great to play with :P
They still sell the set (bay colored) at my local supermarkets kids section!

No problem, there's no rush ;). Thanks you!

Have been to that store today but sadly they rebuild their toy section. I didnt find any equine toys; no ponies, no fakies, nothing :( :( All they kept were plushies, cheap doll supplies like bottles and diapers and such, Schleich and Playmobil. Sad to see, another store closing down on ponies and fakies. :( Sorry. But I know ive seen them in at least one other store around here in this area. Will keep my eyes open :)

Sad to hear
