Hi guys it's time for the annual Halloween swap thread to begin! This is the third year I've ran out with this thread and the 5th yr it's been running!
I can't barely wait for Halloween it's one of my favourite holidays and swaps to participate in!!!Please post along with me if you are interested in joining!!
We had 32 participants last yr and every pony made it to their partner!
I have forwarded the rules to the mods for approval and hopefully we can start sign ups on Tuesday the 24th!!This is usually a tri level swap so we welcome newbies, the highly experienced and everybody in between.
Lets hope we get approval quickly!!

Swap Rules
1. You must have at least 3-5 Arena feedbacks. Since this is a pony based swap, I am more interested in your pony feedback here. I will accept ebay feedback(must be at or close to 100%) and MLPTP feedback, depending on the situation we have some newbies interested and I don’t want to exclude them. Ask if you are not sure!!!!
2. All swappers must have made and posted customs within the last 6 months. This is not a random pairing… I know that some are interested in Gorey/creepy ponies others are into the cute/fun Halloween themes. I want to please as many as possible in this regard.
3. The shipping date will be 12 October. No one likes waiting, mail before or ON TIME! I do hate to nag but am not above it.
4. The deadline for signups will be August 3rd This gives you approximately 10 weeks to complete your pony. There will be check in points along the way.
5. I will be pairing on preference and a little on skill level. If you prefer non scary, no gore, but would rather cute/fun...whatever...please list that in your sign up. If you dearly would love a zombie pony but not a folksy scarecrow, let your partner know. Your finished pony should be an adult pony unless your partner says a baby is okay.
6. PM me your Form (below)! Please put "Halloween Custom Swap 5.0" in the subject line so I can store it in the right place.
7. Life happens to everyone. If, after you join, you find you are unable to complete your pony, please PM immediately! I would much rather know sooner than later so I can work on getting a replacement partner.Deadlines:Sign-ups to begin

Customs must be well packed for shipping.
Do not use newspapers or colored tissue paper in direct contact with the completed custom.(it can stick or cause discolouration)
Do not ship customs that are sticky/tacky or not fully dry.
Do use some sort of padding like bubble wrap, white tissue paper, peanuts, etc.
