Ugh... why Can't I find these? 2003 retro merch

So in 2003 They made light switch covers of Raincurl ponies with a pot of gold and they made the carousel ponies. They made metal light switch plate covers by RIX company sold at places like Hottopic and Marshalls.
I've been looking for the Rain curl ponies and the care bears for a long time. I have caught so many scammer looking for these. I know they aren't rare they just don't come up for sale often. Dose anyone know why this is the issue?
And side note please let me know if you have a lead to where I can find one.
I have looked at ebay, etsy, macari, poshmark, depop, amazon, and just a Google serch images and shopping.

It’s been years since the topic came up (so long ago it must be the in archives on the older forum) but I recall the general consensus was the raincurl one was never actually produced. I have the carousel one on our bedroom wall right now, and have a few more Rix tins items myself. I do love them. If anyone ever saw the raincurl one irl, I’d love to know! <3

I have seen the rain cul one before in co.eones collection room. I think they made less and people are not letting them go.
