depends on what "slightly too big" means and what kind of wig it is.

hmmm, I think those are going to be too big. Both of them are 9-10 size

I can't find the red one on luts, but leekeworld has a limited event color right now called "Real Red" that's that same color and they offer a couple different styles in it: http://www.leekeworld.com/En/Product/p_view.asp?it_code=4269  (scroll down and you can see the styles they offer, then the drop down menu box at the top will tell you which are available)

However, this color is a limited color, so you'll need to order ASAP if you're determined to get a wig that color from them.
Also know that you'll be paying EMS shipping for the wig :/ and that's probably going to cost 18$+

People usually organize group orders through DoA to get the limited wigs and save on shipping. You could try to organize one here and see if there's any interest.

D8 This is terrible! I don't know what I am going to do. I am having a hard time finding red wigs in the style I want, but that is alot of money to make a snap desicion over. This is stressful...
