We don't really know yet. They showed up on eBay one day and never before or since, nor anywhere else with those specific colors.

I got mine from plusneo, they don't seem to have listed any more since then, but it might be worth a try to PM them and ask if they have more! They also offered buy 2, get one free for me, which was nice of them, I thought.
