G3 toola roola charm?

Hello
I found a G3 Toola roola at value village with a charm attached.  I tried to look it up in summer Hayes G3 book, but in the book, toola roola doesn't have a charm. On my little wiki it says she has one, but doesn't have a Pic. Since I can't identify who the charm belongs to? It's darker than pinky pies charm. Maybe sweet berry or amber locks?

Toola Roola didn't came with a charm.

Charms were phased out by 2004, if I remember correctly. Toola does not have one. Only the first few waves of releases have them, and they can be difficult to ID.
