At my local thrift store, they have an adult sea pony and a baby. The adult is wave dancer. She is in Extremely good condition, though no shell. She is 9.50 and if you toss in 2 for shipping I will happily pick her up for you.  You can get her shell on ebay. There are no bids and the auction ends in 30 min, but you may be able to contact the fellow for it anyway and get him to relist.

The baby...i cant recall which one it is, but no float. Again you can find those on ebay.  both only need a bath and some hair styling which I can do for you if you like
