I saw some for $10-$15 on ebay. I doubt he'll be much lower than that. Plus, I'm sure they have plenty in stock.

Its a mass production item - I doubt they are going to run short of stock on him. I would wait for him to drop to the lower end and then grab him. Or alternatively wait for the 4DE version when he hits shelves.
