G3s with Cancer?

Mm... my Anchors Away has a few telltale dark spots on her underside. They don't look like cancer, but they don't quite look like stains either. I can't lighten or get them off, so I think they may be mold. I've never seen a picture of a G3 with cancer before, but now I'm interested.

Well I guess it was my Dewdrop Dazzle you heard had cancer?

Yes, I think it was 

And, I have a pony with a unknown mark on her leg. It's G3, and appeared after I gave her a bath. I can take pictures, its like a black dot. Any help?

Pictures would help tell if it's mold or cancer the fact that she had a bath first seems kind of suspiciously like it could be mold
