Magic Pony fakies (photos added)

Anyone have these? I got some at a dollar store today. They are pretty interesting in how strange they are. They kind of resemble G3's. The back artwork is obviously stolen from G3. They're between the size of G4 bags and regular ponies.

But the best part is that there's a big screw in their side. Well, there's supposed to be, but one of mine was missing the screw. There are also accessories such as hair brushes that ignore the fact that the ponies have molded hair.


I'll post pictures when I get a chance. I got two sets and opened one so far. I name the two ponies in it Pokey (because she poked me when I pulled her out due to having a bit of plastic poking out near her prominent divider. Good thing it wasn't too sharp or I'd be worried about sadistic ponies) and Glue, because she had a bunch of extra factory glue all over her. Glue's the one that lacks the screw.

Left to right is standard-sized MLP Honeybuzz, Glue, Pokey (displaying the screw!) and bag/collection-size Twilight. Notice the hole under the tails. I might have knocked off the extra glue at this point, or maybe it just doesn't really show up in the photo.

Saw them at the dollarama and was tempted but decided they were a waste of a good dollar, haha.

That star thing isn't a hole that the bag is showing through--it's a sticker on a plastic thing, intended to be a mirror.

Here's a pretty terrible picture of the box. The box lies, there are no pegasus ponies. Also the pegasus looks a bit like Star Catcher.

First of all: that would be awesome!
But sadly, no I don't think that's it. These have bolts on only one side, don't they? I've had toys like that that aren't ponies. I think it's just a byproduct of lazy, "lets punch out thousands of toys for the kids to buy at a profit of 50 cents."

I got them at Dollarama. And yes, the screw is only on one side. It's to hold the pony together.
