HAUNTED!  I love haunted.  XD  That's why I'm going to Hummel Park.  Mom won't go after dark though. XD  What a weenie.  XDDDD  I might try to convince her to wait in the car a bit.

I'm too much of a scary cat for anything haunted~

I mean, I think it's interesting. I go up to Cleveland to explore all the time, and there is even Amish country south of me, and anything and everything inbetween.

I would be able to get my fiance to take a pony to this church :

Sorry it took me so long, was getting over a cold. but here's my ad!

I can take ponies in may, my friend will be coming down may 5th, to the 17th. that's when i'll be doing most my traveling and sight seeing. but i can still take ponies after that, but i won't be able to go to as many places.

what i have to offer up:

The axe murder house
The pig statue
Possibly the henry doorly zoo
i can take them to work with me (dollar general LOL)
i can try to find the john wane museum. i'm pretty sure i know where it is

i will update more, as i think of more places (i'm getting ready for work right now)

What happened to carlabarla? I was looking forward to vicariously going to Canada!

I will be offering to host here in Ottawa, Canada at some point. Later in the summer or fall. I'm waiting to hear when/if I'm going away to work this summer so I don't want to commit to lots of ponies till I know when I'm home! I will be offering

- a trip to parliament buildings, including the Cats of Parliament Hill
- the rideau canal
- a few other random ottawa places (open to requests, we have a haunted jail, hard rock cafe)
- a seasonal festival, depending what's on (i.e. Tulip Fest, Canada Day, Fall Leaves, etc.)
- possible Brony Ottawa meetup
- small loot bag of Canada swag: stickers, tattoos, etc. (souvenir requests)

I would like if ponies came with a little bio to go in our visitor's log. And return postage :) Let me know if you're interested in  this location and what month is best for  you.

Definitely coming to visit you in Ontario, Reyl! I think carlabarla was from Saskatchewan (spelling??) so, I'd still love to visit ALL of Canada's provinces if more Canadians are out there. I forgot that EmberBright is also Canadian, in Nova Scotia, but she's moving right now so I may have to visit her next year. I think I can take my pony to Victoria, BC sometime. Blah blah blah...lol

It seemed like someone warned about LONG shipping routes to and from Canada, any idea how long that takes? I want to be able to plan my pony's trip with plenty of shipping buffer :)

Ground shipping to/from Canada seems to take forever. I recommend air mail. Sometimes things get stuck at the border too. It can take between 5 days (lucky!) to 3 weeks (held at the border). Making sure you label the customs sticker properly (i.e. gift, plastic toy/toy pony) will speed them up. I'm doing a swap with Hyenacub right now, and we'll see what the average shipping time is like for those two packages!
