 Are we getting excited for our upcoming Pony Friends Forever Convention,  in San Antonio Texas!!! I know I am!!! And I am super excited to be in charge of the new customs contest this year!! Here is what we have planned!!

Contest #1 KEEP IT SIMPLE
Hasbro based (inspired) custom. Something simple but beautiful,  like the ponies that we love!

Contest #2 THIS TO THAT
generation to generation custom. Reimagine your favorite pony in another generation (G3 to G1, G1 to G2 etc.)

Contest #3 BAIT TO BEAUTY
Rehair a pony, rehair them in a fun new way. Give them a new DO!

Contest #4 A LITTLE BIT OF THIS...A LITTLE BIT OF THAT...
Take a pony and add to it, by sculpting, sewing, gluing or found objects...let your imagination go wild!!

Contest #5 ONE OF A KIND!!
Use ponies to express yourself through art!! Any art forms go!!
Drawing, painting, sculpture, jewelery anything!

Contest #6 SHOW OFF !
Decorate your booths!!! Make it your own!!

Contest #7  JUDGE US!!
Staff custom contest (completely open) let attendees judge

*  All customs need to have a pony as the base.

I’m super excited to be attending again this year! I really want to enter as many of the custom contest categories as I can! My biggest regret last year was not doing enough activities to get more raffle tickets LOL so I’m planning ahead this time! I have just a few questions on entry requirements If that’s okay!

Do we need to take pictures of the “before” baits we are using for our customs? Especially for the bait to beauty category I figure it is probably helpful to see how much the pony has been transformed!

Also should we refrain from sharing pics of our customs made for this contest on social media like Instagram until after the contest has ended?

Lastly, are fakie bases allowed at all?
