It's been a long week and I'm looking forward to my three day weekend before fall classes start. My internship is going well, but until group counseling starts, it's been kinda slow.

Is anyone going to GenCon? Kickstarter has a journal for comic cons. One of the options is a $30 pledge and you can pick up your journal and a canvas bag at GenCon. I really hope this goes through! I can get people in costume to sign and then print out their pic and put it next to their signature! I also want to get some autographs of epic vendors.

My eReader broke recently and they no longer make batteries for that model. I've decided to get one of those tablet/laptop combos to replace it. Does anyone have experience with them and know of a good brand or specifics ones to stay away from?

Hello fellow pony lovers. We have moved into our new house. . .sorta. We had the carpet removed and there were flooring issues. We got them fixed, but the carpet guys can't come back until Saturday. So we will be spending a total of a week and half living in the kitchen. Blah. But I'm getting painting done, carpet installed on Sat, then some friends are coming over Sun to help us get our stuff out of storage. Just in time for me to start summer classes on Monday. It will be nice to have our bed back and not need to wear shoes 24/7. Once everything is set up I'll post some pics.

I'm not really in the market for new ponies right now since we are moving, but because we are moving I keep getting kicked out the house for inspections, appraisals, etc. I decided to waste some time a local flea market and came home with these three girls. visitors can't see pics , please register or loginStill need to give them a spa day, but they don't have any major issues, just surface dirt and tangled hair.

I recently purchased the 1985 sewing pattern for Butterick's Firefly stuffed toy. It did not come with instructions, but I got the instructions for the Moondancer pattern. I'm guessing it won't be hard to turn Moondancers unicorn pattern into a Pegasus, or an Earth pony or alicorn. If you would like a copy of the scans/images send me your email address and I will pass them on.
