So far there has been no reply to my dispute. Pretty sure she just thought she'd take the money and run. Doesn't work because if she ignores every dispute filed against her, she's going to be in the red very quickly. I'm very confident I'll get my money back, but it's still pretty disappointing since I really wanted that pony and I hate dishonesty in all its forms.

If you have not filed a dispute do it now. You can also call Paypal to get to a representative and explain what's going on.

no reply here either and i agree i think she just tookt eh moeny and has     no intetion on replying i think    she  thinks if she  just ignores it it will go away. 

which it wont  but   mine said seh had till the 13th to reply.  otherwise they'd    cancel it out and    rrefund the money no  reply or anyhting done yet.

That's what I was wondering too. Sounds to me like she's desperate for money.

I'd say more of a tick, chigger, or sand fly, but yes...some species of annoying, parasitic and disease-riddled insect for sure!

Some people are just not very nice or ethical.

The sloppy and stupid way that she did it makes me think that she probably started out trying to sell some things for a little cash- and then realized how easy it would be just to scam everyone, especially since she only came into the community to try and make some cash.

The fact that she is doing such stupid and risky things for so little cash makes me worry she may be an addict or something.  I feel bad for her kid.

I don't think this is her first foray into scamming people for things. I also do not appreciate people who do these things and teach their children it is ok. They are little human beings, adults in training if you will. treat them well, raise them with morals and don't expect them to turn out fine if you do nothing or do something bad!
what in the world is going on with her that she thinks this is any bit of a good idea or something she can keep doing and get away with?
I know there's only so much warning any of us can do and Target and Walmart are on their own, but come on...

At least she's given us all some excitement... I tend to try and find the humor in bad situations, and just how badly she's being a no-goodnik is something i find hilarious! I mean, really? Where's the finesse and aplomb? Where's the subtlety and manipulation? If she were betterat it, i ma be more angry for having fallen victim to it, but the fact she was outed wthin 4 days and has continued to be a boob...at least put some effort into it if you're going to do something like this!

TBH while this community is usually very safe , we do occasionally  come across people like this  scammer - and yep they do keep coming back (or at least rtrying to come back   )  - they just cant seem to help it... but they always get caught in the end. Its easier to catch 'em these days thankfully    ... and of course it helps if they arent too smart either

so.. accoirding to paypal  it syas right on my thing  that   she has untilt he  13th.  and htren it says if no awnser  for 10 days they'll close it and reutrn the funds well todays the  14th and still no refund or   anything case is still open..  what do i do now?

anyone    have better luck? 


so..   after callign paypal. it urns out that it will be closed tonight and review d tommrow. and i asked    if they have already pulled the money out of the account adn they dont have it linekd to a bank account or anyhting how do they    get the moeny back to me? i asked if    they wer goign to refund me the money if the perosn    doesnt. and he said  no that they would do  there best to  make sure i got the moeny back   but thers no guanrentee i'll get my money back. sicne i'm pretty sure shes not   dumb  enough to have it still in her paypal.    and liekly    she doesnt have it linekd to abank or a credit card.

so even if i get a refund i doubt i'll get a refund.
