Animal-themed ponies you would have liked to see

We've seen many ponies that featured animals, from mammals like cats and mice to birds (looking right at you, Mimic!) and even insects like butterflies and dragonflies.  But there are many creatures that have never made it onto a(n official Hasbro) colorful plastic pony rump!

What animal would you like to have seen featured on a pony?  What generation?  Any special feature you would like to see for that pony?  Or maybe it is an animal that has been on a pony but you would present it in a different way?

I will start - I would love to see a lobster-themed twinkle eye G1 pony!

A pony who just has a picture of a dinosaur on her butt. She’s best friends with Cutesaurus and can’t believe her luck.

Okapi!  They look like a mix between a moose and a zebra but are really related to the giraffe.

Actually, I want them to make a friend (like Creamsicle) that is an Okapi. It would be so cute!

Though an actual jellyfish pony would be really interesting.

I'd also like a goldfish of some kind. Since seahorses are represented, and the merponies are mermaids...there aren't actual fish ponies. I'd like to see what they'd be like xD.

There are a lot with fish symbols though xD.

Edgar kind of covers the elephant category as well.

Someone mentioned a lobster-themed pony above.  I made a lobster and a crab themed pony, but they aren't twinkle eyed though.

I LOVE THEM!

Everyone has great ideas, animals I haven't even considered.  I like the tiger idea, I have lived in two cities that had tiger sports mascots so I'm a bit partial to them after seeing tiger emblems all over!

As someone who has lobster earrings, lobster socks, lobster t-shirt, and a lobster tote bag (I was in Maine last summer), I absolutely love a lobster-themed pony, even better that it's a twinkle eye!

It's called an Anglerfish and compared to the real thing, the Pixar version was downright adorable!
