All 12 Birth Flowers?

On average, I paid $120-150 each. The most I paid was $250 a piece for 2 of them (one was totally mint & the other was my long awaited Violet). Many of them have flaws of some sort. November has a pretty serious hair cut. I bought most of them from members here on the Arena. They are a beautiful set & even with a few flaws, they are one of my favorite parts of my collection.

They're lovely! I can't tell from the pics, but did you rehair any of them?

Also, has anyone noticed that some of the birth flower flowers changed from G1 to G3? Some are the same but I know mine (September) is two different flowers, and December changed from holly to poinsettia. Wonder why? I never even knew there were official birth flowers before ponies made them.

None of them are rehaired. I don't actively collect any restored ponies (rehairs, ect.)... unfortunately I've had a few restored ponies sneak in because of dishonest sellers, but that's another story.

I currently have 10 of them... I have owned all of them at some point, but as I kept selling and trading them, I never quite had all 12 at once! I am hoping to get the 2 i still need to have a complete set sometime in the new year... I might be tempted to sell them, but their prices have dropped so I don't know if I want to. :/ who knows, though... I love this set, but it's far from being my favorite.

kitkatvintage, thanks for the article. That's a pretty cool resource. I lucked out in that I like all the flowers given for my month (September) mostly because they are purple, and I love my birth stone (Sapphire, affording one is a different story.... maybe if I didn't spend all my money on ponies )

They're so awesome! I have the regular set, er, plus and extra May because she sort of snuck in. I like that the May flower stayed the same all the way through to the G3 line as well.

The easiest way to 'collect' these girls if you really want them is probably to get someone to make custom ponies of them for you, it'd be far easier on the bank - and the insurance - and you could always swap the customs out for the real ones when you find them!

i too have them all   well... i stil need holly with green leaves & red berries. its odd how what i'd call the 'normal' version of alt bf holly with green leaves seems to be the harder to find one. aaaand i didnt know i had the red leaves / green berries one til about a year after i bought her. shows you how much attention i pay to my ponies, lol

Aus got UK Princess Sparkle - in fact Australia got a lot of the later Euro sets - Hasbro Aus was similar to Hasbro in Scandinavia - they actually bought in from Hasbro UK; they didnt commission lines they bought from other Hasbro subsidiaries.

And KKV - that is my dream...*sigh* I will track some down this year!

Ah !! I think that maybe why I found NSS Windwhistler then. I'm pretty happy about that. ^_^
