Funko Vinyl Queen Chrysalis & Nightmare Moon

Has anyone heard any updates on Chrysalis and Nightmare Moon?
 
What about a series 4 on the mystery minis, anyone know if that will happen?

It's seeming highly unlikely that we'll be getting these two as regular sized vinyls. On the Funko website, Luna and Celestia have been vaulted, meaning they won't be doing a second run of them. Those two were the more detailed ponies we got, having issues with tails breaking off, so I imagine Chrysalis and NMM would be even worse.

We've been discussing this on the Funko Funatic forums and most of us have given up on ever seeing these two get made. I have a feeling Maud and Cheese Sandwich didn't sell well either, and I believe Hot Topic has statated that they won't be picking up the ponies anymore.

I'm not 100% sure on all of this, it's mostly speculation at this point, and it's not likely that we'll hear from Funko on the matter so...bleh.

NMM's horn looks like a licorice stick. Hopefully they'll straighten it out so its not droopy. lol

Ugh I wish we could hear something official from Funko on it.

 I really loved the look of the prototypes, hate to think we won't see them released

There might be a 4th series of the Minis when the movie comes out but unless NMM and Crys figure into the movie I doubt we will get them for the movie. Pretty much the only hope for those 2 is SDCC.

That would be great if they did them as the SDCC exclusives, that gives me some hope now Guess we will find out soon enough
