Customs / Who can make me a HQG1C as a military pony?

So I bought this pony lot, and got half a pony in it... It's like a cross-section of a Cotton Candy, but I only have the right half... It looks like it's meant to be stitched together?

I don't know how to upload a picture here so I can't show you...

Hi there.

My name is Judy, and I actually joined here in order to ask (probably obvious and dumb) questions that I can't seem to find answered online. I've been collecting randomly for about 4-5 years now, but never very actively. Which has changed in the past few weeks, for inexplicable reasons, and now various things came up that I feel like discussing with people, and I also want to look at other people's collections and stuff!
I didn't know there were so many people who collected ponies (I mostly collect G1 and I have a few G3s), so I'm really thrilled and can't wait to read through random posts of other pony lovers

I'm always up for pony chat if anyone feels like talking!
