Inspired by a radio show I was listening to earlier, can you change one letter in a pony's name to make a new name/character?
Start with the pony's given name, and then:
Add one letter
OR
Remove one letter
OR
Change one letter
Pony names in any language are welcome
I'll start:
Strawberry Reef -> Strawberry Ref
Strawberry Ref just loves summertime, for two reasons: her favorite fruit ripens, and she can join her friends to play games out in the fields every day. She is a stickler for the rules so she usually ends up as referee rather than player in their games!

Sugarberry - Sugarmerry
Sugarmerry is a Holiday pony, and is usually in charge of all the Holiday sweets making. While whipping up the most delicious selection of chocolates, peppermints and fudge, she likes singing along to her favourite merry Xmas tunes :heart:

Skydancer - Skidancer
Skidancer loves to romp around in the snow, performing all kinds of acrobatcs while sliding on her hooves or on small skis she wears. Her favourite season is winter & she loves going on the mountains to slide & swirl all the way down the slopes, drawing pretty patterns in the snow

She speaks in a thick, heavy accent and really likes sausages.

The electrician pony
Tootsie -> Footsie
The pony with actually foots instead of hooves.Usually seen with her sister; Bow Toe-> Bow Tie
Main Sail -> Main Fail
Never does anything right...

The drooling pony- Bib sold separatly

Cherries Jubilee - Cheeries Jubilee
Cheeries Jubilee is a cheerleading pony. She cheers about everything all the time good or bad. If she sees Applejack stuck in a tree or another pony doing something she'll create a cheer on the spot.

An easygoing pony who loves to walk around visiting all her friends in the forests, fields, towns, everywhere! She's always on the move. Won't you walk along with her and have a nice chat?

Applejack - Apple Pack
Apple Pack loves packing apples in to any container she can find. Boxes, bags, chests, anything is fair game if it can hold an apple. The baby ponies think Apple Pack's game is a lot of fun but the adults are less enthusiastic when they find their favorite bags overflowing with apples.

Baby Sugarcane is one of the sweetest little ponies in Ponyland! She loves baking treats for all of her friends, and always adds her most favorite ingredient: sugar!

Removing this time. Gingerbread - Gingerbead
Gingerbead's edible necklaces are a huge hit among the Ponies. They love giving them to their best friends, wearing them for a day, then eating them as a bedtime snack. Gingerbead's secrets can't all be disclosed, but along with the edible beads, she makes edible string too.
