Detailed Comment This transaction due to a mistake on my end could have ended a lot worse. I hadn't shipped international in a while and was misinformed by a postal employee that surface (back in Jan) still had a tracking number but it was "spotty". Truth was, there was no tracking number but I could have called and attempted to trace the parcel through some of the information on my receipt.  kmlahti asked for a tracking number before paying so I was so upset when I realized my error in not verifying that employees info and I offered her a full refund if the pony didn't show up. I felt beyond awful that a pony friend may lose out on a pony she really wanted because I made a mistake.

Kmlahti was understandably upset, she really wanted her pony but remained so polite and civil and stayed beyond kind in all her communications to me. She waited patiently for her pony and when it seemed that she was lost in the mail system she contacted me for the refund I offered due to my error. I sent that along and she promised to let me know if the pony ever decided to show up.

Well, the pony did arrive and I awoke this morning to a kind message and full payment to my paypal account. I would like to thank Kmlahti for being so kind even when I made an error and so honest as to contact me and resend the funds when her purchase did decide to arrive. I HIGHLY recommend her as a buyer, she's friendly, honest, pays quickly and is understanding if a mistake is made. <3
