Not my edit to spot the possible Flutter Pony comb

If Flutter Ponies come back, that means I'll have Honeysuckle in my hands again. Having lost all my ponies due to the move leaving them behind, getting these recreations that are near spot on nearly makes me cry. It's so good to be alive and adult in this time right now.

Waait. I had totally forgotten that toy fair is on right now...

But they're in London O.O. Hooves crossed that means stores will take them up. Still really worried about the clowns and their voting on our economy and whether it will have an impact. Hoping not...

Those ponies :'( Ponies of my childhood dreams...they better make it this time! It's been a long wait!

(Totally jealous of you US people already finding wave 4 when we've not even had 3 yet).

I am not totally sold on that being a flutter comb. I mean, it looks that way at a glance but...I am not totally convinced about the shape...it might just be some random comb to groom the ponies on display to keep them neat?

Ironically I don't see AJ and company.

Not that I am fussed too much if they don't come...

Also, it strikes me that those y3 rainbows are SO pretty colourwise. I think they'd be super popular with kids here. Maybe I'm biased.

They may have put in the wrong combs? The only flutters I'd be fussed about getting are Hollywood and Wind Drifter. Most Flutters are pretty easy to grab anyways.

I would be conflicted if there were flutters. I adore flutters in their boxes with their pretty wings all sparkly. But the boxes...would have to be...more delicate to really show that off.

If they did do flutters, the only one I'd really want would be Tropi, she's my childhood flutter and I have a small army. But it's high risk because of the breakage rate...and I don't really want to see them compromise on the detail to get a sturdier wing...

So yeah. Conflicted.

I will genuinely be happy if we get all the things in that photo here in the UK this year, and then they do a release with Heart Throb and Surprise which also comes here. Then I will be happy because my childhood would be complete...;) I am weirdly less worried about the US baby ponies now. I feel like over the years Iv'e come to love babies Ribbon and Gusty more than babies Glory and Moondancer O.o

I would love flutter ponies!  Although they strike me as potentially having a higher production cost, so who knows-

I dunno. I mean, if we can make flutter wings out of bottle plastic, they could too.

Okay, so there is good news and bad news about the earth ponies.
The good news is, they are showing up already. I found Seashell and Applejack by accident today at Target. (I have not been on the forum for a couple weeks, so I didn't know they existed.) The bad news is that I checked my receipt just now and they are listed under the Master - My Little Pony Assortment DPCI number 086002831. This makes using Brick Seek impossible because the collector 6, and the Unicorn & Pegasus collection are all the same number.

Thanks for posting these pics!

Re: the Flutter comb.  Seems very odd for it to be there if it’s just for styling purposes since you can see one of the regular combs to the far left of the picture.  Why would they have something like a unique type of comb just lying around if they weren’t at least considering making it?  I suppose there could be some other explanation but it eludes me what it could be.

Well, maybe this is a pedantic observation, but flutter combs are two-coloured. The shape also looks a bit funny to me, albeit yeah, we'd be talking about a reproduction.

I guess we will see. It could just as easily belong to a different line completely.

It would be odd for flutters to show up outside of the chronology they've been showing so far. But I guess it's fine if they do. I just don't really see that as a flutter comb :/

With all those new awesome retro ponies coming out I sure wish that I have a Target store in my neck of the woods. I live in Owosso, MI and I don't have a Target store in my area. :( The only way I can get them is to order them online. Mainly on Ebay. Other times I'll have to order them from the Target website where it's cheaper and when it's available.

I also think that might not be a flutter comb but it's hard to tell for sure.  I'd love to see flutters as mine lost their wings long ago. I'm also excited to find the Earth ponies and new Rainbow ponies.  I need Seashell, Bowtie and Applejack at least. :) The only new Rainbow I own from the new set is Pinwheel.

It looks like they plan to release the CP ponies again in 3-packs? Ok...
That comb looks the most like the flower/flutter comb, but that weird lump on the left of it is throwing me off. Although if it's just a hurried together for-display thing, I guess that would explain it?

It's also possible the comb came in a lot . . . I assume they got Trickles, Pinwheel etc off eBay.  (I mean the "original" ones, so they could study them to create the new ponies.)

But I would love it if they did recreate the flutters, they're some of my favorites. :)

I contacted the UK PR people for Basic Fun who said the Unicorn / Pegasus set would be coming to the UK "later this year." :)
