Shipping blind bags - US to UK prices?

Just wondering, what is the cheapest shipping option from the US to the UK for about 4 blind bags right now?

I have someone who hasn't shipped many items outside the US, and the cheapest way they can find is $10 - Is there a cheaper option?

$10 sounds about right for USPS First Class International, which is the cheapest shipping option for overseas packages. Our international rates went up quite a bit back in January so even small, lightweight packages to Europe run between $10-13

Yeah, I just did a trade for blind bags in the UK, and was shocked to find out three blind bags cost $9.45 to ship. Ugh.

Unfortunately Sora they are correct  It's insane considering 4 blind bags only weigh, maybe 4 ounces.
