Any Animal Crossing players here?

Wow this thread has grown quickly! I can't keep up with it, LOL.

I am excited. I've got most of the balloon furniture now.

I have officially gotten my two friends addicted to this game. It's fun to actually have people in person to play with. My friend gave me the balloon wallpaper today. That made me totally stoked. My room looks like a chaotic rainbow, whee!!

So are you all time traveling? Some of you seem to have all the shops and upgrades now. I'm doing it the slow old fashioned way so I don't tire myself out quickly. Gives me something to look forward to everyday.

What is everyone's favorite villager they have? Mine is Penelope the mouse. She's sweet. I also like Goldie the dog too. But Penelope said I was one of her best friends today. Okay, so it's easy to get attached to these little virtual animals.

I'm not time traveling, I don't like cheating in any way really, but I don't judge people who do, haha.

My favorite villager is a dog named Cherry. She's a pink goth dog, and I didn't care for her much at first, but when I got stung by bees, she gave me medicine.

I totally told myself that I wouldn't time travel when I started out. But my play style doesn't fit with the 'tommorow' thing sadly. Heh I'm too impatient! I have mad respect for those that do. But hey people get what they want out of the game in different ways. I mostly get massive time to play on days off and only a little bit of time in the evening when shops are closed to play while I work.

I also have Cherry in my village! She did the same thing.
My favorite village has got to be Naomi I think. I don't know why, but I love her to death. I like all of my villiagers right now though.

@ melipuffles: Awww, she gave you medicine? She's a keeper! Kinda makes me want to try and get stung by bees and see if my villagers would do anything about it...besides laugh at my face, of course. xD

Yes! All of the other ones were like "HAHA You got stung." or "WAH A MONSTER!"
She was like "Oh, poor thing, you were shaking trees huh? Here have some medicine. BEE more careful next time! ^_^"

I believe she's got one of the new personalities, the big-sister type one (called uchi).

Sad that town hall seems to be closed today... I wanted to start another project. I wonder what's in store for summer solstice?

Oh did you all know the trick of changing your router name to "Bestbuy" can get you the bestbuy item? O.o; Saved me a trip to the store today ! (note, I think it has to be with caps like that. And it might not work in Europe since it's a different cart? I read conflicting answers on that)
