Inserting a Link Into Text?

I feel dumb for having to ask this. 

How do you make text into a link here? I want a link in my sig but I don't want it to be the whole url.

Basically like 'click here' and here is a link.

You need to use 'url' tags in the same way you use 'img' tags to post photos
