It's been a while since I last posted any art on here, so I figured it'd be best to start with a little bit of pony art!

There goes Taproot himself, trying out some different ideas of how to stylise ponies.

And a Unicom, a sub-species of unicorn I initially came up with as a joke but have since taken a shine to. Their entire vibe is light, airy, surreal humour, so they're good for unwinding on *challenging days*.

And finally... somewhere in the dark and nasty regions, where nobody goes, stands my take on the intro to Trap Door! This was a fun challenge seeing as I'm pants at drawing castles/haunted houses, but seeing as my heart belongs to spooky things, it's a skill I need to continue working on.

Oh I love these! The angular style on your drawing of Taproot is wonderful, and I love the pencil work. That unicom is very cute, like a little muchkin unicorn, I want one!  I also like how you used the twisted tree's to circle around the image of the haunted house.

That unicom is very cute, like a little muchkin unicorn, I want one! 

I have been considering making unicom adoptables as luck would have it, it's just a matter of working up the patience to make digital line-arts for them. It will happen someday though!

I really like the way you drew Taproot.  He's a great mixture of flowing lines and angles.  And his face has a lot of personality.    I also like the unicom.  Those eyes and the description made me chuckle.  It's always the silly doodles that we end up loving, isn't it?
