Price Check on UK Snowdrop for Christmas!

Hey guys!
A Snowdrop is currently available on my country's local bidding site and I've been eyeing her for a few days now since she's just a little bit pricey. However my mom has offered that she might want to buy her for me for Christmas!

However, I have no idea what Snowdrop is currently selling for and the seller seems to have a bad habit of over-charging for some of her ponies. And I just want to make sure that this is an alright price for Snowdrop.

Her condition seems relatively fair. Her hair looks a little dry but it doesn't seem cut, and she has a smudged eye as well as various small smudges I can see on the photo.

The seller is asking, in my currency, R220 for her (plus shipping)
At the current exchange rate this would be $16 (because the Dollar is insanely strong)
Or, to put it in perspective, the same price in this country you would pay for a full meal at an expensive restaurant.

Would this be considered a fair price for her in this condition?
Please let me know ASAP as he auction closes on the 8th! And it's my Christmas present!

I think $16 is perfect for her! She's a beautiful underrated pony! She usually goes around $15-20

I agree with Mermaid. I also have found over the years that sometimes Bluebell and Snowdrop appear second hand in not the best condition. I don't know if they have the same quality hair as Daffodil and Tulip, but they often come up with hair that looks messy. The pony you're looking at looks quite pretty, except for her eye rub and a bit of a hair brush. I think $16 is fair.

The Flower Ponies are not actually as common as their pricing sometimes suggests. They're a kind of overlooked set compared with the school ponies and such.
