This is just guessing, but if two people bid against each other for say ten rounds and the winner backs out, then could it maybe award it to the next bidder at whatever bid they had before the other person starte bidding?

I went back and looked just to be on the safe side, she dd win at 45$ which happened to be my reserve for this pony.
