Just a little update:

I just checked my tracking info and Ladybird (or Ladycandy? Cottonbug? :P ) is back in Greece, in Athens awaiting processing for delivery to the seller :)

I emailed him to tell him this and he replied to say he will refund as soon as he gets her, so at least it's all looking positive.

He is a very genuine seller, I have left him positive feedback because I can tell he really didn't know about the head swap and has been so good about sorting it out bless him!

Just be aware of her if he does relist guys ;) Some of you have expressed an interest in her which is great, I do hope he lists her at a low price so she can go to a collector!

Thanks for being there for me through this, was a bit scary with the amount of money involved!

It seems they've relisted her, so I'm carefully stalk-...Watching. :)
He put it as an auction instead of a BIN so I'm a bit worried she'll get a bit higher regardless of her swapped head.

I'm really happy that everything worked out for you Sarah!  I just saw that she was re-listed, and the seller mentions that she has a head swap.  I'm also glad to see that he is being honest about her, it's nice to know that there are some really terrific sellers out there!  She is still a really pretty girl and I hope she goes to a loving new home.

Finally a happy ending. So many times these situations don't go well.
The head swap would've bothered me too, especially at that price.  :shocked: It will be an interesting second auction.

The poor pony has now been relisted yet again!!

I guess the second buyer changed their mind too. You can see on the bidding list that they were the only bidder. Soon after the auction ended it was relisted again. So the winner was probably someone who didn't realize the head swap.
Maybe the seller pointed it out to the buyer before shipping just to make sure, and when the buyer found out they said no thanks.

It's nice of the seller to be so cooperative, I guess. (at least we know for sure he was with Sarah-Bee). But he needs to make it clearer in the description now that the pony has this serious flaw! It is there alright, since after Sarah-bee's purchase, but it's still not very noticable. A person who hasn't read this thread could easily miss it.
I mean sure it's the buyers responsibility to read the description. But for the seller's own sake if nothing else... this way he is only making it bothersome for everyone including himself.
