help identifying Strawberry shortcake doll

Hi! Just won an auction and I'm not sure what the doll in the upper left hand corner is.  I am also unsure if Apple Dumplin has a real SS outfit on.  I haven't seen any photos of her wearing this on the collectors sites I've been through.
