Can't delete pm's?

Hi there

Every time I try to delete an old pm, I'm redirected to a blank page, and when I reload it I get this message:

Session verification failed. Please try logging out and back in again, and then try again.

I'm able to post normally on the boards, I have the login settings set to "Forever," and I have tried logging in and out twice now as the prompt suggested. I have also restarted my machine. I can't delete messages individually or by page, and I'd like to be able to stay a bit more organized 

Never had this issue before, so I'm a little stumped.

I think it's possible to delete old PMs that were imported from the old Arena, but sadly I'm not sure I remember how. I wonder if the "prune messages" function would work. Or perhaps clicking off the check boxes off to the side and then deleting all the ones you've checked?

If you don't have check boxes, you'll need to make them show up through your profile settings.  Profile > Look and Layout > Show quick-moderation as: check boxes. I can't test this myself as I seem to have none of the old imported messages. I must have deleted them somehow but it was a long time ago.

By old PMs, are you meaning ones that transferred over from the old site (pre-2012)? I know some members have had issues deleting those, but I'm not sure if we've found a solution for it.

If you can't delete them, maybe you can just move them into a separate folder (label) so they aren't in your way.

My other suggestions would be:
- only delete 1 at a time (I think some issues come up when deleting multiple messages)
- try different "views" (under settings) and see if that helps

Thanks for the fast response, ladies

The oldest of the pm's I have in my box are from January of this year, and the setting I seem to have does have the checkboxes displayed. I can't delete even a single message by using the checkbox and "remove selected" button.

When I go into a single conversation and select "Delete Conversation", I am sent to the same blank white screen with a long url. I've never had any trouble before and I haven't changed any of my settings lately, so I'm a bit at a loss.

I guess I could create an archive label but what if my message box eventually fills up?

So far no one has encountered a message limit with the new site, I think someone said they had 30+ pages of messages and still going.
