I've told this story before on here, but it's a good one - so I'll tell it again.


Our story is set in the UK, a couple of months before a Christmas somewhere between 1993 and 1996.  My primary school was participating in Operation Christmas Child https://www.samaritans-purse.org.uk/who-we-are/our-history/history-of-operation-christmas-child/ (same as Samaritans Purse in the USA), an initiative which sent shoeboxes full of toys to children in response to two major issues affecting the Balkan region of Europe - the fall of the dictatorial regime in Romania, and the Bosnian War.  Romanian orphans and children with special needs and/or disabilities were put into orphanages with no social interaction and little food, and there was appalling genocide and war crimes such as rape going on in Bosnia.

So, I begin putting together a shoebox.  At the time, I was an only child, and found it really hard to give away my toys.  So I decided to put the toys I liked the least in there.  The Barbie clothes an aunt had knitted for me in a weird orange colour, and a pony that I thought was a fakie.  She was always used as the "bad" pony.  The one who broke things, or had been smoozed, or enslaved by a Peppermint Rose doll overlord.  She had stains on her hooves from where the Perfume Puff Palace nail polish had leached into the plastic.

This is the pony I gave away.  I hope it found a new owner who loved her and deserved her far more than me.

G1s from years 1-3 are easy. Later ponies often had thicker hair, and therefore there are more, and more delicate hair holes.

Find one with an even looking distribution of holes, and stretch them out with a doll needle.

Are there any options for additional or custom Message Icons to be added to the dropdown menu?

I would like to buy more ponies directly through the forum, but due to the weak AUD$ there are a lot of countries I'd prefer not to buy from.  I'm sure there are lots of other people who also benefit from being to easily see the sales threads started by people from their home country - or from a Nirvana producing country.

Perhaps trial options could be:
- USA flag
- UK flag
- EU flag


Would love to hear your thoughts and whether or not it is feasible!

This is my want list for trades.  I haven't put on every single pony, because you can probably work out that I live in Australia, and therefore would love some So Softs and Pony Pals!

Sadly mine got lost in a move, but I distinctly remember my Bunny Hop, bought new in the UK had straight purple and wavy fading pink in her mane.  I'd always put my ponies away nicely brushed, but Bunny Hop's pink hair was perpetually really manky and tangled upon getting her out again.  Very similiar to my late independent toy shop release Rosedust, who had a short, straight silky non-fading pink tail, and a curly fading pink mane of terror.

a light, peachy-orange tone instead. (Kinda like the color difference between US Speedy vs. German Speedy.)

You have just solved the puzzle of my Speedy.  Didn't realise she was an alternate - I just thought she had crazy regrind!

I would love to see photos of the ponies you've dyed..... it reminds me of the alternative re-hairs

Earlier this year there was a notice from you that advised Tapatalk had been disabled, but would be returning.  I have no problems accessing the MH forum, but no access to the MLP Arena.  Is this my device, or an Arena decision due to costs?
