So did I, but with the travel and hotel and spending money it's near on £300 and I'm going on holiday on the 8th oct so I can't justify the money

i no we havent had this one yet lol but does anyone no when 2013 will be announced ? i cant go this year its way to far for me but im planning on going next year and saving a ton of monies for ponies lol

We can be in the 'not going' group together. Con is a bit too far for me to travel and I don't really have the funds. I hope everyone who is going has an awesome time

I'm thinking about my pony pennies though.  Having never been to one before and will be looking to purchase mostly g1's and g3's (nothing fancy or MIB) just to build up our collection, what would be a reasonable amount to expect to spend?

That really depends on which ponies you're looking for. G3s, at least the common ones, you can mostly get without spending too much money. The prices for G1s vary greatly, though, depending on which ponies you're after. I think everyone goes to the Con with a different budget, and more often than not, you need to do a little re-adjusting.

I took about 40 GBP with me and spent most of it. But to be fair you will always find really good deals down there and it's a bit cheaper than shopping online since you don't need to deal with shipping costs.

I will take ... a lot whit me xD Since I will be flying in from Sweden I want to get my money well spent and come home whit alot of nice ponies/pony stuff!
Maybe it should be the other way around.... cost much going there= not much spending money  ... oh well!

im coming ! the ticket is a birthday present from my BF i love him ! he's coming to as gets to carry the bags he he he !!! he's good at spoting ponies i dont have to as he helped me photograph my collection
