Here's a little story time, aka Water Wishes's cutie mark story.
As a young filly, Water Wishes, didn't have much friends. Being a unicorn with no magical abilities, she slowly lost her will to do anything. With this lost of hope, Wishes never get her cutie mark till her was an adult. After a long while the little mare moved out of her home village and to Ponyville, where she met Moon Bolt and Sleepy Dream. They tried in helping her with trying to find her special talent, since she was a blank flank. In frustration Moon Bolt threw Water Wishes into a pond. Praying not to fall in and drown the light ashen mare sent her first wish to the heavens.
Colliding with the water, mist and H2O went flying everywhere. After the surroundings settled, the two pegasi found the scared unicorn standing on the water's surface. Wishes looked around to find herself standing dead still in the middle of the pond. Take a step forward the unicorn saw bubbles and foam forming around her hooves. Looking around, Wishes started to gallop on the water to see what will happen. The forming bubbles and foam started to race and follow the unicorn as she happily galloped on the water. With her wish granted in not drowning, the unicorn found her speical talent, and will happily use it at any moment for her friends.

Oh she is adorable! I love the way you have done her symbols and that they travel over the whole of her hip and rump rather than just on her hip! Does her symbol travel up over her body and link from either side on her back?
