I don't like the changes they made to Rarity at all. Everything about the prototype looked nicer. The base with stream in it, and her tail. I am not liking that new tail. It looks so...clunky.

Yes I saw these on the stand today at comic con, these are prototypes so u hope the real banks look as good.

And yes they are money boxes/ coin banks they have a slot in the base.

I saw these on facebook last week.  I think the AJ ones is super cute.  But where is Rarity?  Do you think they decided not to make her or will she be released later?

Rarity is the one I liked. I am drawing a bit of blank but I am sure I saw another picture of her floating around somewhere or a listing for her. Something makes me hope it means she is still coming...it may have been a picture from Comic Con.

Those can't be piggy banks  the bodies are too slender ,so where would the money go?

I guess maybe the coins are stored in the base rather than the pony body itself?

It won't have to.  We just take the money that would have gone in there and spend it buying more ponies.
