It's 200x446, that is AFAIK within regs, why is it being removed?

It's being removed due to the file size. It's 132KB, that's more than double the allowed size of 60k.

I can't even work out how to check the weight...if I right click I don't get a properties button, I get "Inspect Element", and when I click on that it brings up a lod of complete gobbledygook at the bottom of the page...

If you're using Firefox, it's listed under View Image Info then it'll show file size/weight.

You'll have to open the file and re-save it with some compression to help lower it.
