Whats up with this Fluttershy?

So I got this in a bag with some other little toys... I'm assuming its a McD's toy or something of that nature but WHAT is the deal with that plastic circle on top of her head? It looks like something maybe could have been attached to it?

Just wondered if anyone had any idea. It's kinda weird, my husband and I are both puzzled.   Apologies for blurry cell phone picture :p

Yeah, that whole wave came with little loops that clipped onto those pegs, which let you use the toys as charms for backpacks or whatever. Here's a group photo where Applejack has got her charm on.

...Not sure what I'm going to do with her though, maybe I can make a new clip for her or something.

What I do when I get these guys is just remove the clip attachment with nail clippers.

It does leave their heads a little rough, and there's a different-colored spot in their hair where the clip attachment was, but that's nothing a little sandpaper and paint can't fix.

You can also use a small drill bit or a Dremel to drill a new hole through the lump, that's what I did when I made these into ornaments

I just used my dremel to drill a little hole through that loop.
Poor gal has an eaten tail, nailpolish all over, and scuffs and scrapes. I'm hoping I can bring her back to life!
