Is this a G3 MLP Item? What is it?

My DH came home with a wonderful g3 Butterfly Island Adventure Playset last night.  This archway doesn't appear to go with it. What is it? Does anyone know if its a pony thing or another toy?

The way it has the purple and the embellishments, it looks pretty G3 to me.

Thank you because I am totally lost. I have looked at a variety of playsets and I can't figure this one out.  It hooks onto something and its shorter than you might think. Like a G3 baby could fit through it easy but you would have to tilt an adult pony.

I think it's Newborn Cuties. It would explain the size and overall purpleness. Haven't IDed it yet though.

no not newborn cutie item, it doesnt look mlp. i get random little toy items all the time on bulk accessorie/playset auction that dont belong, there are some great id sites. im always on strawberryref and there is a german? netherland? accessorie site too which is great

Searched on any site I could find but could'nt find that item. So I guess it's not mlp at all.

Does it has any stamp?

Is anything written on the bottom that we could use to search for it?  It sort of looks like a Care Bears item.
