Three Questions

1. My fashion size g4 Rarity's crown w/ ribbons clip won't stay together. Is this normal problem?
 
2. In Rarity's carriage, one of the sides of the mirror on the back wall has Rarity all dressed up, but she has no horn. Is this also a common problem?
 
3. How do keep a pony's brush with the pony? I always hung them on their necks with yarn, but now I'm having doubts. Is there a better way to do this?

I can only answer one for you sorry!!

3) I thought for a while about putting combs and brushes around necks with wool or ribbon...but their is a danger that the colour from the plastic of the comb or brush may rub off slightly on the pony [similar to what you see with some of the G1 bridles and saddles] so for that reason I just "display along side" rather than "on" the pony

For question #2. Every one I've seen so far looks has no horn. From what I can tell it's either a vector error (it looks like this in coloring books, too) or her hair is covering it.

For #1, mine stays together fine, maybe yours is a factory error?

3.) I throw all my brushes and combs into a GIANT ziplock baggee (cuz I have over 200 G3's!) with a tiny piece of scotch tape on the handle of each brush, with the pony's name written on the tape. Easy storage for them all and I won't forget which brush goes with which pony.

I wouldn't recommend leaving tape of any kind on plastic for long term storage.  It leeches plasticizers, and can turn yellow/brittle with age.  Virtually all tapes are not acid free either, so they can cause yellowing.  If you want to tag your accessories, cotton thread with a paper label is the most archivally sound method.

1. I've noticed lots of QC problems with FS ponies. The FS Luna & Celestia set came with some clips with hair extensions, since they were new pony hair, they were of course, a mess. I tried to brush it out a bit, and brushed the hair right out of them, I didn't even brush that hard! The clips on all the hair accessories are super flimsy.

3. I put all the accessories from one pony in one ziploc bag, and put those bags in a bigger bag. I try to keep them organized by wave.

I also use the Fashion Style Rarity comb as a mutsache comb, so that always stays in my wallet.

3) I make a little tag with the pony's name on it, cover it with clear tape so it doesn't get ripped, use a needle to poke a hole in it, then use thread to tie the tag to the brush. For G4s I also tie them to the saddles/wagons. Then I just throw them in ziplock bags and store them in the metal G3 lunchbox that I just got
