Favourite FiM Background Pony?

I'm kind of a fan of "Bon Bon" (she doesn't have a "real" name, does she?  I really would like to use real names instead of made-up fan names).  Her colours appeal to me, and I LOVE G1 Tales Bon Bon, and it seems this new pony might be an ode to her...maybe.  It's a far-fetched idea, but she reminds me so much of the old Bon Bon.

I completely agree with this! I like the colour combo on Bon Bon - I wish HB would give her a name so I dont feel silly using fan names...

This is difficult. I love all of them, really (I hope they make them all brushables, it's nice to see Lyra, Vinyl, Daisy, Lemon Hearts, and Pony [well, Fashion Style at least]) I want more. Like a Roseluck brushable would be nice. Or a brushable Roid Rage (lol). As long as I get more ponies, I'm fine.

I love Tropical Storm (green pegasus with pink hair), she doesn't appear that often but she's my favourite colours ever! <3 I also love Lyra (*so* wish she'd just stayed as Heartstrings) and Roseluck.

Cherry Jubilee! And Orion, and the blue pony with a similar cutie mark to Orion. And Sea Swirl...

Gosh, there are too many to choose just one... Pony, Carrot Top, Lyra, DJ PON3, Octavia, Berry Punch, Colgate, Nurse Red Heart, the spa twins, Screw Loose, Screw Ball, and that member of Photo Finish's entourage that looks like her.

I think I can narrow it down to Lyra and Pony. They've always been some of the more animated/quirky background ponies and most of the fan stuff that revolves around them is so adorable and hilarious.


I'm really excited for the toys of them and I hope the only reason they haven't released Bon Bon yet is because Hasbro is saving their pennies to get the rights to her name back since the new Bon Bon is probably too much like the old Bon Bon to get away with. I'd hate to have a Bon Bon-less Lyra.

I love Bonbon's colour scheme as well. 

And I love Octavia's expression, Berry Punch's cutie mark, Lyra/Heartstrings, and Holly Dash! (who, apparently, was based off one of the animators? ^^)

Oh and, the pony that looks like Marie Antoinette with her fancy feathered updo during "At the Gala" too.
