Almost definitely fakies. We've seen those reproduced molds before (but using the standard Mr. Cake and Nurse Snowheart colors) along with the earth pony Forsythia and the darker-maned Prism Glider and all the rest. It would be just too much of a coincidence for them to be real but to use those particular two molds.

(It helps that there aren't very many nurses in the show, and even the closest has a different eye color.)

I despise Cadance, but this plushie is cute and is (will be) afforadable compared to custom made ones On my wishlist she goes! ^^

The crystal/glitter ponies were first found in early 2012 before the Crystal Empire sets started coming out, so pretty much two whole years ago. Not to mention Applejack and Rainbow Dash had the bangs hairstyle, about a year after they discontinued using it. At least one prototype of Applejack and Pinkie Pie (glittery translucent), plus Rarity, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash (pearly translucent) exist, but I think they are very very rare and expensive.

I have the Pinkie and Fluttershy (Pinkie has glitter and Fluttershy is translucent). They popped up around 2010 I believe. Only a handful were produced of each and were unfortunately never released and probably won't be...in that form anyways. I'd love it if they decided to make them.
