having trouble posting images

Thank you. I wasn't sure where to post this.
 When I click on the Apply Image Icon all I get is this: visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Am I suppose to do something after this or is the icon not working properly?

Basically what you need to do is add the url of an image in the place of where I wrote "sample"

You do need to upload an image somewhere online in order to be able to do that
