Customs / FBR Question and Rehair Glue

1. What kind of spray primer do you full body repaint artists prefer to use on your ponies?

2. What glue do you use to keep needle-method rehair pony hair in? I normally do the knot method (no glue) but I won't be able to use that method for one of the projects I've got coming up. I was wondering if there were any good non-seepy glues to use for needle-method rehairing.

I've heard there's a variant of Ivy with blue hair in place of the usual purple. I've looked it up but I can only find one picture of her. She looks gorgeous!

Customs / Eye Jewels and Jewel Eyes!

I recently discovered that my Clever Clover is missing one of his eye gems. Does anyone have a recommended size/brand etc. for replacement jewels for G2s?

Also looking for good twinkle eye type gems for G1 twinkle eye customs and G3 twinkle eye customs. I think I'm going to have to build my own Mimic at the rate her prices are going.

Customs / Adding Wings to Non-Winged Ponies

So, I love the flutter poses but I don't like it when they don't have wings, like Scribbles and Dabbles and the HQG1C flutter pose ponies. I'm of course not going to be modifying Scribbles and Dabbles ever but I like the idea of creating my own flutters with HQG1C blanks!

So, has anyone ever added flutter-type wings to a non-winged pony before? Any advice?

Got this Basic Fun girl and I'd like to customize her. She isn't her final color yet, I'm actually going to paint her dark brown.
Anyway, my question is, is there a way to make her an earth pony?
After I remove her horn, what do I fill the hole in with?
If I put some kind of clay in there, how do I get it to stick? Do I need to bake her to harden it?
Should I sand it afterwards?
Is there a tutorial for this kind of thing?

What are some good places/brands to buy pony hair-sized tinsel, the same thickness used by Hasbro? I ordered some thinking I'd found the right size but it's way too thick.  :(
