Quick Update!

We are officially at a 32 (plus 1 child) person headcount and all tables have officially been claimed! I cannot believe it and am absolutely dumbfounded by how big this year is going to be. I cannot wait and am so excited! Not only that, but you guys have really been SO amazing in offering such great raffle prizes and food! Seriously I am forever so thankful and this meet would not be possible without all of you. The SEPM has grown so much since it's first year in 2011 when we only had about 8 people in attendance. I never imagined it would grow so much!

I am so humbled and eagerly awaiting September :) Also, please post teaser pictures!! I need to see some! :D

I have also reorganized the food category to show better what everyone and bringing so we can see what we need. I think we will definitely need some more drinks! Would anyone be willing to contribute? Water would be wonderful! We are also in need of some healthier snack options. Since we have so many people, I am not sure one veggie tray would cut it! :silly:

I don't think it'll be an issue for me. The time is a little later than I like to be out so depending on how the hubby feels we might leave a tad early.

What kid of show room does your hubby work at? Now I'm curious!

I know, I am bummed it has to be so much later :( But no worries if you have to leave early! I can always do the raffles sooner to accommodate the later time frame for those who need to leave earlier.

It is a high end kitchen appliance business so we will be among pretty kitchen set ups. :silly: It is really nice though! If you want you can look at the website by going to Google and searching Guy Gunter Home :)

Also, I have updated the first page with all of the address info for anyone that needs to plan travel!

I am a bit late posting this here- things have been a whirlwind of crazy on so many levels. I ran into quite the problem with our original venue. They decided to let me know that the clubhouse will be closed for renovations during the Fall. So, I have been in a frenzy trying to find a new venue.

I finally did, and it will now be at the showroom where my hubby works in downtown Atlanta. There is plenty of parking and we won't have to battle crazy tennis people! :silly: It might be a bit of an awkward set up, but I am going to make it work if it's the last thing I do. The timeline has also had to change a little to fit this new venue. The meet with be from 12 PM - 8 PM, and set up with begin at 11:30 PM. So if you have table space, I suggest you arrive at that time. I will keep everyone updated and will post the new venue address soon! If this does not work for anyone that has RSVP'd, please let me know so I can take you off the list.

I am SO sorry that this happened and I have been quite upset over it. I am trying to make the best of the lemons I have been dealt. If anyone has any questions at all please let me know! At least I know the clubhouse will definitely be available next year and will be even nicer than before! :)

I keep the OP updated regularly as I receive RSVP's. So that way everyone can see a current headcount as well as how many tables are still available :) You can also find what raffle prizes will be available and check to see what others might be bringing. As time gets closer if I notice we might be in need of something, I will make an announcement to see if anyone can supply!

I am going to do my very best to make sure everyone that needs table space will have it! This year looks like it is going to be the biggest year we have had which is so exciting! :frolic: I am thrilled that we will have so many new faces! I do have a couple of back up tables, should we desperately need more if we exceed the 20 that are provided by the clubhouse. Just in case of the event that we max out, please let me know if you might have a table you can bring! I will make all of the tables fit if it kills me. Haha! :silly:

Also, when you RSVP, it is SO helpful for me if you email me at [email protected] with the following form. It helps me keep track of everything and gives me something to easily go back and reference if I need to :)

If you guys really want me to, I can! I don't want everyone feeling like they have to back out of tables! I was just mentioning it for the future in case it did come to that :) I don't think having enough tables will be a problem at all!

*if* we do end up running out, which did happen one year, I might have a few back ups :) we will figure something out! But if more than 2 or 3 over the initial 20 we might be out of luck lol

I honestly have no idea! Maybe 5 or 6 ft long? They are average convention table sizes lol those long plastic tables with the pull out legs :) if that helps! I am terrible with sizes and dimensions :silly:

Now that the fair is over, I am going to start bugging everyone for RSVPs! Muahaha!  :P

I know the meet is still a few months away, but I want to go ahead and start getting a general headcount in mind. Don't feel rushed as I know a lot of you are waiting to make sure nothing comes up! I just wanted to get a little reminder out there :) also tables are first come first serve! If I run out, that's it! Unless someone brings their own or any extras. :)

Whenever you RSVP, I will add you to the list here as well as any raffle prizes and items you are bringing. ALSO don't forget to PM UroCyonFox with what pon you would like on your badge once you RSVPbecause she of the most amazing person on the planet :lovey:

Mascot contest? I am intrigued.

Also my husband and I plan on attending, but I'm waiting to RSVP until we figure out what we're doing with our four dogs. :)

Oh awesome! We love having new people! There is no rush to RSVP-- we are still quite far out! I will start bugging people for them as time gets closer :silly:
