What you need: light switch plate, mod podge, brush, xacto knife, scissors, picture.
I printed the picture 5.25 inches tall, not sure about the width. You trim it anyways, so as long as it's not too small you should be fine.

loginFirst, brush the plate with a layer of Mod Podge. You don't want it too thick and not too thin. A medium amount.

loginAttach the picture to the plate. I align one long edge and work my way over to the other one. The result should look something like this:

loginMake little cuts in the corners so you can overlap them easily.

loginTrim the leftover paper.

loginTurn the plate over and cut out the rectangular hole from the back. I cut the round holes from the front with the xacto knife.

loginBrush a couple of thin layers of mod podge on top of the picture. Try to make it even. The plate will have a bit of texture.
