The only flimsy part of her is the fact that her knees don't bend well. I did figure out how to bend her knees just now. It's hard, but doable. The rest of her seems to be fine. I don't think she'll break any easier than the rest of them. This 2nd year medical student is annoyed by the fact that she's not anatomically correct but also geeking out over her being a skeleton in general.

Oh wow, that pelvis does look really weird. I too am curious about Jinafire's torso. Does she have holes in the back for wings??

No holes for wings on Jinafire. As for the pelvis on Skelita, it looks better in person. Her sacrum is too thick and her ilia are too elongated for a real person, but it works given the shape of the other MH dolls.

It's nearly midnight and I have 7 am rounds at the hospital, so pics of the rest will come tomorrow. I haven't even deboxed them yet.

Just me, then, eh? I will probably leave her nude sitting on my desk with the rest of my bone collection.

Congrats on finding them! So pleased for you Hopefully they will suddenly appear in stores everywhere - Mattel must know the hype surrounding these dolls, so xmas rushtime should see them everywhere, including the UK and NZ. Mattel would be stupid not to release them after xmas.

I dunno. With regards to NZ, it's Mattel Australia that decides when to set the release dates, and at the moment, they're running about four months behind. For instance, we only just got Robecca and Venus this month. So I'll be (pleasantly) surprised if the Scaris dolls show up here before Christmas. It's more likely we'll get them in April.
