MH Full body repaints? Show me custom everythings!

Hi guys~

I want to try my hand at customizing, and though I'm an experienced artist, I've never ventured into this field yet. For my planned OC, none of the characters quite have the skin color I'm hoping for... Is there such a thing as a full body repaint for dolls? I know there is for ponies, but I see the articulations becoming an issue when painting a doll.

I would love any and all advice when it comes to customizing. Which paints to use, glosses, finishes, hair...

Thank you  Oh and be carefull with the markers, they can get very messy and won't come off with anything!
