the funniest thing is, the only other place this photo turns up is in an article about "30 things women over 30 should'nt own" along with the caption under the ponies saying "It’s a fad right now, but that doesn’t make it any less creepy."  :haha:
so - whoever wants to get rid of those little pony creeps - I'll help you out  :biggrin:

no it's really not the same and I do understand why - the original pattern would be to complicated for a child. The butterick patterns are quite simple but the ponys turn out a bit "flat"

Haha I'm quite used to dis- and reassemble hardware but I guess it would be useful as a tutorial for others

Hey there pony folks,

i got a g1 lickety split plus with rubbed eyes and chopped hair - is it ok to take her apart to have a sewing pattern? or better get her rehaired / customized? Aren't there any original sewing patterns already around from someone with the same idea? Would somebody be interested in the pattern? We could make the pattern a bigger or smaller scale for mini or giant plushes

I wonder how they made such a perfect copy (except for the mouth, they screwed up here) if it's so much bigger? Well some Computer and 3d scanning /printing science I guess...but why change the mouth then??

There were some pretty nice finds in the lot, quite a few weren't in as good condition as the ones I picked tho. There was also a baby sapphire ring and a surprise twins mom + one baby. Super happy iponyland got them, here's a link to a pic of the rest on her account. :)

Hi folks :)
I REAAAALLY want that moondancer ornament from hallmark but they only sell it inside of the US :( who would be a sweetheart for me and check out what shipping to Germany would cost and eventually send it to me? Preferred someone who has a Hallmark store in town so no double shipping costs
