Does anyone do flocking?

I hope this is the right place to ask this! But I have been desperately searching for a custom maker who knows how to do flocking AND who is open for custom commissions? I need a custom of this character I've had since 2012, she means a lot to me and I'd love to have her made into a so-soft pony in this rearing pose but with an added horn and custom stand! I can offer a few hundred $$ for her complex design and requirements.
- light pastel rainbow tinsel
- hooves preferably sculpted to be cloven but can be an illusion with shading under the flocking?
- glued on fur around the cheek maybe? Blending in to the flocking as naturally as possible
- custom stand, transparent sparkly resin perhaps?

Not yet, I didn't see any so softs by Panda but would love to see, and I know blazen does amazing so softs but yeah doesn't do commissions.

Hmm, ok I’ll do some research and let you know if I think I can take it on.

I am no expert and have only ever flocked small areas, never a full pony.

I would look into "static flocking" or the type of flocking for miniatures It is quite messy though!
