I have never tried any sculpting, but I'm about to for a few other customs I'm working on. I think that I would sign up if you did indeed do separate skill categories

I think there was a straight no sculpting option. But you can go easy or hard. Here are two Breyer Customs, one I think a bit easy trapping wise and one a bit more complicated.
