Just what I was about to ask. I don't have a Smartphone, although my dad has a Tablet. After the huge Target hacking, though, I don't know that he would want to install a Target app on it even if he could!

You don't have to have a smart phone. You can use the website and then print out your "cartwheel" and bring it with you.

I'm not sure about the after the fact purchase, but it's worth a try.
